- Sunday: 30 minutes elliptical at the gym, dog walking
- Monday: 20 minute jog, 20 minute walk with dog in morning, 30 minute walk in evening
- Tuesday: 1 hour of pilates, 20 minute jog with dog, 20 minute walk
- Wednesday: 1 hour walk
- Thursday: 1 hour of pilates
- Friday: 20 minute jog, 20 minute walk with dog; 30 minute walk evening
- Saturday: 1 hour pilates, 3 hours walking
Winter:
December 13- December 19
- Sunday: 45 minutes elliptical, 15 abs
- Monday: 35 minutes bike
- Tuesday: Rest Day
- Wednesday: 30 minutes elliptical, 1o minute stretch
- Thursday: Rest Day
- Friday: 35 minutes bike and elliptical
- Saturday:
December 6- December 12
- Sunday: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes weights and abs
- Monday: 30 minutes swim, stretch
- Tuesday: Rest Day
- Wednesday: 30 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes bike, 10 minutes stretch
- Thursday: 35 minutes elliptical and bike, stretch
- Friday: Level 1, 30 Day Shred
- Saturday: Rest Day
November 29- December 5
- Sunday: 30 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes weights and abs
- Monday: 30 minutes swim, stretch
- Tuesday: Rest Day
- Wednesday: 30 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes bike, 10 minutes stretch
- Thursday: 35 minutes elliptical and bike, stretch
- Friday: Level 1, 30 Day Shred
- Saturday: Rest Day
November 22- 28
- Sunday: 10 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes bike, 15 minutes abs & weights
- Monday: 45 minutes elliptical
- Tuesday: Level 2, 30 Day Shred
- Wednesday: Rest Day
- Thursday: 25 minutes elliptical, 25 minutes walking on treadmill, abs & stretch
- Friday: 45 minutes of cardio (bike and elliptical), 10 minutes stretch
- Saturday: Rest Day, Long walk with family
November 15- 21
- Sunday: 30 minute swim, lots of walking
- Monday: 30 minute swim, lots of walking
- Tuesday: Level 1, 30 Day Shred
- Wedensday: 35 minutes elliptical
- Thursday: Rest Day
- Friday: Level 2, 30 Minute Shred
- Saturday: 1 hour walk outside, lots of dancing (!!!) at party
November 8- 14
- Sunday: 1 hour walk, 90 minute hatha yoga class
- Monday: 20 minutes bike, 10 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes stretch
- Tuesday: Rest Day
- Wednesday: 15 minutes full body cross-trainer, 20 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes weights & abs, 5 minutes stretch
- Thursday: 40 minutes bike, stretch
- Friday: Rest Day
- Saturday: 30 minute swim, lots of walking
November 1-7
- Sunday: Long walk
- Monday: 35 Minutes elliptical + 20 minutes abs, arms, chest
- Tuesday: At home strengthening workout (jumping jacks, planks, push-ups, squats, etc.)
- Wednesday: 40 minutes bike, 10 minutes stretch
- Thursday: Rest Day (sick)
- Friday: Rest Day (sick)
- Saturday: Body Sculpt class at gym
