Good morning all!
Well, I had a few minuted this morning between things to post breakfast. I ended up going out last night with a nice group of new friends and had 1 beer- a Stella. Love it 🙂
Today’s breakfast spread was fruit, lots of pastries, sausage, oatmeal, and mini bagels. I actually woke up feeling pretty full still- was not in the mood to eat. But, because I am in meetings from 8:30- 12, I had to.
I wanted something light and healthy so I hate a plate of fruit and a small bowl of oatmeal. Plus some black tea +soy milk.
I ate 2/3 of the fruit and about 1/3 of the oatmeal. It was kind of watery and tasteless and I just couldn’t eat much! I knew I would be hungry in a couple of hours, so I grabbed a mini cinnamon raisin bagel and light cream cheese to eat as a snack during the break if I need it.
I took these photos away from the tables where people were sitting, but definitely got some strange looks as people walked by and asked “What ARE you doing?” Its kind of weird to explain food and health blogs to people who might not put much focus or attention on what they eat, but, once I do, most people think its pretty cool!
