Morning! Breakfast today was fast after a quick workout at the gym- 35 mintues of cardio and some stretching.
I had a PB& banana on whole wheat with tea and my daily glass of Emercen-C.
I used half a banana- in accordance with my “banana rule” :).
Yum! It was a filling and delish. Now, I’m off- rushing to get to work on time. See you all later!
