I don’t have much time to post this morning (sorry!), so here is some simple math to explain it all:
Workout= 35 minutes treadmill (intervals) + 15 minutes strengthening + 5 minutes stretch.
Breakfast = 1/2 bagel scooped + little bit of cream cheese + 1 sunny side up egg + Morningstar “sausage” patty + watermelon + pineapple…
+ lots of hot sauce = Delish!
How do I = so tired already and the work week has just begun?
