I’ve had a productive morning, and would like to keep the work up for another 30 minutes, so this post will be short and sweet. This morning, I went to a coffee shop by my apartment to work on law school stuff. I don’t have to be at my office til 1 (will be working til 9), so the free time this morning was awesome!
I got hungry mid-morning and snacked on a Cliff Kidz Bar.
I love the Honey Graham flavor. I used to just buy the chocolate chip, but I think I might prefer this one!
Lunch was kind of spread out into a few little pieces brought from home. I had a light Baby Bell cheese around noon.
A creamy little piece of heaven!
I have yet to eat my sandwich: humus, olive tapenade, and greens on whole wheat. I snuck my smaller snacks behind my computer at the coffee shop, but I didn’t think it would be cool to bust out this sandwich (they sell food, too). So I’m saving it for when I get to work.
Not the prettiest picture in the world, but you get the picture! It’s actually a really nice combination. I love vegetarian sandwiches that still pack plenty of protein!
I also have some baby carrots to enjoy on the side.
A light, healthy, and easy to pack lunch. Exactly what I need after a night of big eating!
What are your favorite sandwich combinations? I love hearing new ideas so I can mix it up a bit at lunch!
