It’s a slow day at work today, which means I have time to post lunch! Yay! Breakfast was a little light today, and, as I expected, I was hungrier a bit earlier than usual.
Because we still have no groceries, I couldn’t pack lunch 😦 but I did pick up something yummy, delicious, and healthy!
A honey roasted turkey sandwich (Boar’s Head) with 1 slice of cheddar and all kind of veggies: cucumber, lettuce, sprouts, tomato, and onion. I asked for lots of mustard and no mayo. It was awesome and hit the spot.

Chips for crunch! I love Pop Chips, especially the BBQ flavor, and they are a great addition to any sandwich. Anyone else a big “chip-on-your-sandwich” fan? Don’t knock it til you try it!
