Now, I hate to bore you, but breakfast this morning was exactly the same as yesterday… but can you blame me? I have fresh peaches and lovely bananas sitting around, and all I wanted was this:
I drank and Emergen-C instead of OJ.
I had to be at work a little earlier today, and basically, when I woke up this morning, all I wanted was sleep. I told you at the end of last week I was feeling drained, and I still feel like I’m working on getting myself back to 100%. Last night, when I was working late, I felt kind of achy and my nose was starting to drip…. So, this morning, I gave myself an extra hour of sleep (8 full hours!) to forgo the gym.
My schedule is kind of crazy today- and will be crazy like this 3 days a week for the next 6 weeks. I’m working from 9-1 and then back at work at 5 or 6 pm – 9 pm. It’s a weird schedule but will allow me time in the afternoon to work on law school stuff when I am still awake! My parents are actually back in town today on their way back through NYC (the were traveling abroad), so this afternoon will be kind of tight. What I’m saying, dear readers, is that today will be a “flexible exercise” day. I will have to find ways to fit it in- maybe some mat exercises at home, taking a longer walk home from work, doing an exercise DVD. We will see. My question is:
What do you guys do for “flexible exercise”? Any more ideas?!
