Hi guys! I spent my morning talking to my Mom on the phone, which left no time for blogging. Whoops!
So this post will be short and sweet, told in pictures. Yesterday, my workout consisted of strengthening and yoga exercises on my mat at home for about 35 minutes- think planks, squats, jumping jacks, bicycle, push-ups, etc. I worked up a sweat and felt great!
Breakfast was a bowl of cottage cheese, papaya, half a banana and a crumbled Glo-bar.
Lunch was eaten at a staff meeting- a bagel smeared with humus and hot sauce (think this x2)….
Plus some snacks when I got home, featuring a new spread!
I ate this on the other half of my naner from breakfast…
With a bowl of papaya- the rest of it! 1 papaya eaten in 2 days- with no help. Pretty good, no?
I was starving around 5 so I decided to eat dinner before I headed back to work for the evening. I made a weird concoction in the microwave of chili, broccoli slaw, and a chopped tomato. I needed to get some veggies in and this did the trick!
When I got hom around 9:30, I wasn’t very hungry. I had a couple of spicy pickles and a string cheese. (No, I am not pregnant!) Today’s eats also included some Halloween treats lying around the office: a blow pop and 3 tootsie rolls.
And that, my friends, was my weird day of food. Happy Humpday!
